When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Standard shipping within New Zealand takes 3–5 business days, express is 1–3 business days. If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, email us at orders@23hero.com with your order number.

If your product is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, email us at hello@23hero.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We'll sort a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened products that aren't faulty.

Yes — Baby Balls is specifically designed for sensitive areas. The contactless applicator means you never touch the cream, and the formula is gentle enough for delicate skin. Like with any hair removal product, always do a patch test first (instructions are on the box).
